During electronica 2024, our colleague Imane Fouaide, unveils ROHM’s first SiC molded power module for automotive purposes: the TRCDRIVE pack™ module. It incorporates ROHM’s 4th Gen SiC MOSFET and supports a power range up to 300kW. On top, it features high power density and a unique terminal configuration to help solving the key challenges of traction inverters regarding miniaturization and higher efficiency.
