Tasks

• Target and develop business in specified vertical markets in the field of computer technology in EMEA. 
• Forecast future trends, create business plans as well as development strategies
• Identify and qualify opportunities within targets as well as engage Sales to close design wins. 
• Collaborate with vertical market companies to identify product development opportunities and build strategic alliances
• Research and target prospect companies, network with industry groups, assist Marketing Communications with targeting events, publications, organizations and identify other opportunities for promotion within specified vertical market industries
• Create initiatives targeted at vertical market industries to achieve increased revenues
• Increase market awareness for congatec and its products

 Profile

• Several years of experience and proven track-record in Business development in a technical environment in EMEA
• Ideally study of business administration or electrical engineering, alternatively several years of comparable professional experience
• High technical understanding in the field of computer technology, ideally in the area of ​​Embedded Systems
• Experience in developing strategic customers in vertical markets
• Profound business understanding, excellent communication-skills and good analytic approach
• Understanding and open for all kind of modern social media activities
• Fluent English language skills (written and spoken)
• Team-Player and outstanding interpersonal skill
