The PACEline CHW piezoelectric force sensor from HBM is the right solution for these applications. The force washers work reliably in ranges with very high temperatures of up to 300 °C (CHW-3) or 200 °C (CHW-2). Because changes in temperature have only a slight effect on the sensitivity of the sensor, the measurement result remains stable. Users also benefit from a cable permanently welded onto the sensor that ensures optimum safety when using the measurement technology. (heh)
